What can you actually automate?
Anything repetitive that follows rules: answering common customer questions, capturing and qualifying leads, sending quotes and reminders, moving data between your website, CRM, sheets and accounting software, reading invoices or forms, and generating reports. On the discovery call we map your daily tasks and show which ones are worth automating first.
Which tools and AI models do you use?
We build workflows on n8n, Make or Zapier and use OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini models depending on the task and budget. WhatsApp bots run on the official WhatsApp Business API. Where data must stay private, we can use self-hosted open-source models.
Are AI and API usage costs included?
The price covers design, build, setup and support. Usage fees from AI providers, the WhatsApp Business API and automation platforms are billed by those providers to your own account, usually a few hundred to a few thousand rupees a month for a small business. We estimate them for you before you start.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Accounts are created in your name, data stays in your own tools and we connect only what the automation needs. Your data is never used to train public models, and we are happy to sign an NDA before seeing anything sensitive.
What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
Bots answer only from your approved content and hand the conversation to a person when they are unsure. During the support period we review real conversations and fine-tune the answers, so accuracy improves week by week.
How long until it is live?
A single chatbot or workflow goes live in about 10 days; multi-workflow projects take 3–4 weeks. You see it working on a test setup before it talks to real customers.
