The goal
ICSE has taught practical computer skills since 2013 and grew into a branch network across India. It needed one modern system for every branch, without losing a single old student record or breaking any certificate already issued.
What was built
- A fast public website with courses, a branch finder, toppers, news and online admission
- One login for students, staff and branches, covering attendance, results, fees, admissions and marks
- Certificates and marksheets generated automatically, each with its own QR code
- A public verification page, so anyone can scan a certificate and confirm it is real
- Toppers calculated live from real marks, never typed in by hand
- Online admission and branch registration with Razorpay payments
- A full migration of the old system: student records, photos, result sheets and certificates
- QR codes printed on old certificates still work and now lead to the new verification page
The result
ICSE now runs on a single platform. Students, branches and head office all work from the same data, and every certificate can be checked in seconds.
